A scoping engagement covering existing wellness programming, employee health concerns, current pain points, and a written recommendation for which ROOTS engagement structure fits. 90-minute scoping call, a 5–10 page written recommendation, and a follow-up call with the broader stakeholder team.
Executive Leadership Cohort
A 90-day program for the leadership team — C-suite, VPs, or senior leaders investing in the health and performance of the executive bench.
Individualized intake, lab orders, interpretation, and protocols per participant. Six group cohort sessions across 90 days, two individual 60-minute consultations per participant, lab re-test at day 90, and a de-identified aggregated cohort biomarker report for leadership. Cohort size 6–12.

Corporate Team Cohort
A 120-day program for departments, functions, or strategic teams where team-wide burnout, performance plateau, or wellness culture investment is the priority.
Individualized intake and protocols per participant, eight group cohort sessions across 120 days, one individual 45-minute consultation at day 60, lab re-test at day 120, and quarterly aggregated team biomarker and engagement reports. Cohort size 15–30.

First Responder & Military Organizational Program
The full Corporate Team Cohort structure, adapted for first responder and military populations with trauma-informed framework throughout.
Population-specific protocol modifications for shift-work nervous system regulation, occupational chemical exposures (including PFAS for fire service), and sleep deprivation recovery. Optional facility walkthrough module at 15% bundled discount. Optional peer-to-peer training of internal support team members under ROOTS oversight. Cohort size 15–30.
Funding · Most engagements are funded through grants, foundation partnerships, or department wellness budgets. ROOTS supports the funding pathway — FEMA AFG, SAMHSA, Boulder Crest, Mighty Oaks, FFBHA — by helping the organization identify and apply for sources. ROOTS does not underwrite the engagement.

Multi-cohort annual engagement with quarterly strategic cadence, year-round individual access for designated leadership, quarterly organizational health reporting, annual employee health insights, vendor coordination, dedicated ROOTS practice lead, and optional environmental health walkthroughs for headquarters and regional offices.
